Airmar Technology acquired by Amphenol Corporation

(January 29, 2024) – AIRMAR Technology  Corporation, a world leader in ultrasonic transducers and Chirp technology, is pleased to announce its purchase by Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH). Amphenol, one of the world’s largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor and antenna solutions, is headquartered in Wallingford, Connecticut, USA. Airmar is now part of the Amphenol  Interconnect and Sensor Systems Division, joining several other sensor and interconnect businesses, and will continue to retain its headquarters location in Milford, New Hampshire.
