    I agree The Canon PowerShot SD800 IS is a great camera for the boat. As part of the zoom feature, the lens is adustable to wide angle shots to get really good people photo’s in the cockpit. The image stabalization feature is done very well and works effectively even in dim light, as the boat is being tossed around a bit.
    I would rather risk loosing this camera to potential water damage, then using a water proof camera that is less convientient
