Beware of buying batteries from Epoch.  They sell a quality product, as has been described on this site.  Their technical support from Geoffrey is excellent.  However, if you get into the hassle of needing to deal with the other side of the company, like a warranty return, they are horrible.  They make you ship your bad battery back to them at your expense, claiming that they will refund the $200+ shipping once they receive it.

You will never get your money back.  They will occasionally respond to requests for status by asking for something else.  Then they go dark.  For me, this is a huge red flag that renders whatever warranty they claim to be totally useless.

Buy the Victrons.

In such a fast growing sector, with so much competition, this seems like a really dumb business model.  Unless they are scammers who don't plan to be around very long after they sufficiently cash in, disappearing to a beach, making 20%.
