Hi
i just installed a simrad 3g radar and Zeus 2 on my sailboat and am so far unimpressed with results.
The PO of my boat had a Raymarine radar with a C7? (Smaller screen) Chartplotter and it was fairly simple. Turn it in and it works, I was easily able to see boats, their direction and navigation buoys…
the simrad, I can’t see 50% of what I KNOW is right around me. Is there a resource to learn how to set it up or use it effectively?
