The Apparent Wind Angle AWA is displayed with the correct absolute value but on the wrong side i.e. Starboard when it should be Port and vice-versa. Same wrong information is shown on the GMI 20 and the GPSMap. The information is coming from a gWind and a GND 10. Actions on the GND 10 like Factory Default or Angle Offset doesn't fix the problem. The system has been working properly during the last 2 years and went wrong 2 weeks ago without visible reason. Suggestions and help will be highly appreciated!

Sounds like it is upside down (which clearly you would notice). Perhaps there is a component physically inside the sensor installed incorrectly to cause the same?

Hi Pierre -

Did you find a solution to this problem? I am suddenly seeing the exact same thing on my wind instruments (gWind plus GND10). Garmin support thinks it might be some conflict on the NMEA2000 network but they’re not sure. Just wondering if you found a quick fix.
