Please don't regard him as an "expert"; he's getting quite old and thinks that "fadiddling fumble-putz" is a more accurate description.

Ben, I have a boat with the VHF bugging the PB200, and like this one, there are two VHF’s. We had no relocation options. In my case, only one of the two VHF’s bug the PB200, and so this case, the one that doesn’t interfere has become the primary, and the other radio is now the redundant unit. The interference doesn’t seem to have any damaging effect on the PB200, bu is does scramble the data stream VHF antennas should be kept away if at all possible, about three feet is the very minimum. Oh yes, going fast is an air boat thing, were they hunting gators, or is crocs you have in the harbor?

Follow these guys doing a 9500km trip around the top of Australia on a 8m RIB for a really good cause, prostate cancer awareness. http://www.overthetop.com.au/

We came across Concepatus two weeks back, anchored in the Mud Hole on Great Waas Island. Needless to say he didn’t worry about the tide for getting in or out as we did. We thought she was a “concept” custom boat.

Well, I guess it was a “concept” boat originally, but now Rosborough is marketing it as the Rough Water 9.11 RHIB Cruiser (though it hasn’t gone up on their web site yet).
Incidentally, Conepatus is the Latin for Hog-nosed Skunk, a nod to Craig’s new status as a stink potter:

I love going to the MBHH Show in Rockland, and this year Gizmo will be there representing Covey Island Boatworks — the fine folks who finished her out 13 years ago — as well a Panbo. I’m working hard to make some of my slapdash installs look vaguely as good as the work Covey Island did. I’ll be on the boat some of the time, but you can see Gizmo’s over-the-top electronics any time Friday thru Sunday. Come visit:
