I have a Peplink router that uses a SIM card to create an internet connection to the boat’s internal network. Also a Wave unit that’s supposed to effectively “grab” WiFi connections. The Wave unit doesn’t work well and the cell connection on the Peplink is only OK.
Peplink has a new marine-capable device called an HD4 MBX. Does anyone have any deployment experience with this unit ?
